Please feel free to email correspondence for the Boards' attention to this office and it will be included in the correspondence section of the Board Packet for the monthly meetings General Session.  If the correspondence is private, please indicate clearly and I will place for Executive Session review.  Emails can be sent to .  Alternatively you may mail any correspondence or attend a Board Meeting.  If your intention is to come to the Meeting and speak on an issue, please provide a weeks notice where possible so that I can place you on the agenda.  Of course, if the issue is an emergency take what necessary steps are needed to communicate with us immediately.
