The hub of our community is our trophy, the Summit Club. Homeowners of each of the 300+ homes have exclusive access to our multiacre community facility that includes a heated pool and spa, gym, tennis courts, meeting and party facilities, sports court and children's playground. Full-time Club staff hold athletic clinics, weekend barbeques, movie nights and other community activities. Private tennis lessons and personal training are available. Recently, the Club added free wireless Internet services on the premises.

Only minutes from the hiking and mountain biking trails of Topanga State Park and beautiful California beaches below, the Summit community is a wonderful mix of families, professionals and retirees. Developed in phases during the 1990s to now, there are several mini-communities, each with its own style.
